Written by the talented Robert Lamoureux, Diable d’homme is a play whose comic power has proved its worth since its creation in 1980.
The story? “An energetic director, young and pretty women gossiping, an old secretary rambling, everything would seem normal in this interim agency if… Slipping into the skin of a respectable businessman, Satan, helped with his supernatural powers and the complicity of a henchman, didn’t propose to intervene and manipulate these women as puppets… Will he achieve his goals? Seduction, humor and twists await you!” This is the official summary.
Reworked to be more current and more “Caribbean”, Diable d’homme has already had huge success in Guadeloupe and is preparing to do the same in Martinique. This subtle and funny play will be played from the 27th to the 30th of May by the company Courtes-Lignes, at the Aimé Césaire theatre in Fort-de-France.
